Job summary

Revolution is hiring multiple Maintenance Technicians to join our Kilgore, Texas team. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial equipment to keep production safe and reliable.

We seek hands-on, mechanically minded professionals with welding, fabrication, electrical troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance experience.

This role requires overtime as needed, the ability to work different shifts, and a strong commitment to safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in welding, metal fabrication, industrial maintenance, or a related field preferred.
• Completion of a two year technical training program may also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on industrial machinery and equipment.
• Support preventive maintenance activities on production and facility equipment.
• Monitor machinery and make necessary adjustments to maintain proper operation and performance.
• Troubleshoot and repair industrial machinery and equipment.
• Perform welding, fabrication, and mechanical repairs.
• Repair and fabricate conveyors and related component parts as needed.
• Safely operate welding, cutting, and metal fabrication equipment.
• Use industrial shop tools and equipment to complete maintenance and repair activities.
• Identify equipment issues and take appropriate action to minimize downtime.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Complete required maintenance documentation and electronic updates accurately and on time.
• Communicate professionally and effectively with coworkers, leadership, and internal and external customers.
