Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two or more years in welding, metal fabrication, industrial maintenance preferred.
• Experience with welding, fabrication, mechanical repair, and electrical troubleshooting.
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays.
• Must possess necessary tools to perform tasks.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Perform all work safely and in compliance with policies and OSHA requirements.
• Support preventive maintenance on production and facility equipment.
• Monitor machinery and adjust for proper operation.
• Troubleshoot and repair industrial machinery.
• Perform welding, fabrication, and mechanical repairs.
• Repair and fabricate conveyors and related parts.
• Safely operate welding, cutting, and metal fabrication equipment.
• Use shop tools to complete maintenance tasks.
• Document maintenance activities accurately and on time.
• Communicate professionally with coworkers, leadership, customers.
• Contribute to a positive team environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
