Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance on building systems, machinery, and facility equipment.
• Address emergency and unscheduled repair needs to minimize downtime.
• Analyze and identify issues in hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical equipment.
• Repair or replace faulty components and verify functionality.
• Carry out general building repairs (carpentry, plumbing, etc.).
• Monitor warehouse equipment and facility infrastructure.
• Follow safety protocols and report repair status to management.
• Interpret work orders and maintenance instructions.
