Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Proficiency in industrial electrical and mechanical systems.
• Strong safety protocol knowledge, including LOTO and inspections.
• Ability to lift up to 55 pounds and work at heights.
• Basic computer literacy for work orders and communication.

Responsibilities

• Execute proactive maintenance and rapid repairs on production equipment (extruders, pumps, motors, pneumatics) to maximize throughput.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical issues involving relays, transducers, contactors, and heating systems to ensure continuous production.
• Maintain HVAC, air compressors, and vacuum systems to meet safety and performance standards.
• Perform metal fabrication and welding to support equipment modifications and structural repairs.
• Interpret mechanical and electrical schematics to troubleshoot and install industrial components.
• Document preventive maintenance activities and work orders to maintain equipment history and compliance.
• Operate maintenance tools and heavy equipment like forklifts and scissor lifts, emphasizing safety.
