Job summary

Jayco Family in Middlebury, Indiana, is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair millroom and production equipment, including saws and CNC routers. You will troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic components and perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.

The role requires 3–5 years of maintenance experience, familiarity with electrical schematics and testing equipment, and the ability to work with engineers and operators to improve uptime.

Qualifications

• Requires 3–5 years maintenance/machine repair experience.
• Familiarity with electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic schematics and prints.
• Ability to use multimeter, amp clamps, and megger.
• Experience with PLCs and electrical controls is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and other components.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Organize and maintain spare parts inventory.
• Install and repair lift tables and accessories.
• Collaborate with electricians and engineers to improve reliability.
