Job summary

You will perform scheduled maintenance, read schematics, assist with parts inventories, and collaborate with the plant manager to set daily priorities, while following safety procedures.

Qualifications

• 13+ years of maintenance experience in industrial or manufacturing settings.
• Hands-on maintenance technician in production environments.
• Strong troubleshooting for mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance on production machinery.
• Experience with electrical troubleshooting including 3-phase power.
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics.
• Knowledge of safe repair practices and safety procedures.
• Ability to oversee repairs and coordinate with plant leadership on priorities.
• Willingness to work extended hours during downtime.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on production equipment to reduce downtime.
• Maintain inventory of parts and supplies for maintenance.
• Use data from equipment records to anticipate issues and prevent problems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems and plan repairs.
• Oversee repairs, ensuring work is safe and correct.
• Collaborate with plant leadership to set daily maintenance priorities.
• Document and update maintenance procedures for equipment.
• Order parts needed for repairs in a timely and cost-effective way.
• Repair machines following safety procedures and company standards.
• Verify that equipment is ready to support production.
