Job summary

Manner Polymers, Inc. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform preventive maintenance, repairs and troubleshooting on industrial equipment in a fast-paced plastics manufacturing facility in McKinney, TX. You will follow work orders, document activities in CMMS, and support electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.

Shifts available Monday–Friday: 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am. This role reports to the Plant Engineer and requires strong safety focus and teamwork.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of industrial manufacturing experience.
Advanced trades experience (electrical, plumbing, mechanical).
Excellent troubleshooting skills.
Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of equipment control systems.
Must have pneumatic experience; basic VFD and PLC knowledge.
Basic math/computer proficiency.
Vacuum system knowledge; ability to rebuild pumps, manifolds and motors.
HMI basics.

Responsibilities

Apply technical knowledge to identify and implement effective maintenance solutions.
Perform repairs and maintenance on industrial equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Replace and install mechanical components (motors, blades, air cylinders, heaters, blowers).
Conduct routine maintenance (oil changes, filters, belts).Troubleshoot control panels, thermal systems, and electrical components.
Maintain facility infrastructure (lighting, gates, sprinkler systems, building upkeep).
Document maintenance activities in CMMS.
Promote safety and housekeeping; support other departments as needed.
Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.
