Job summary

MAPEI Corporation is seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance Mechanic/Technician in Garland, TX. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain production equipment including mixers, packaging systems, robotics, pumps, and valves to ensure reliable operations.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, documenting activity, and contributing to safety and asset reliability. Minimum 1–2 years in manufacturing with NEC/NFPA 70E familiarity is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Familiar with NEC and NFPA 70E standards.
• Ability to read pneumatic and electrical schematics and PLC logic.
• Strong communication and computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Repair and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control systems.
• Document activities and work orders accurately.
• Maintain safety and environmental compliance.
• Support asset reliability and safety improvements.
