Job summary

Green Bay Packaging Inc. is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and install equipment across our production lines in Wisconsin.

You will read maintenance manuals and electrical schematics, inspect machinery, and perform preventive maintenance per schedule to keep operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing, a high school diploma or equivalent, and knowledge of corrugated machinery is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years comprehensive maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience within the corrugated industry and knowledge of machinery used in sheet plants is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair machines and equipment.
• Read and work from maintenance manuals, electrical schematics, and parts lists to repair and install equipment.
• Inspect machines routinely to ensure proper function and efficiency.
• Follow a set pm schedule and procedure on all equipment.
• Operates cutting torch or welding equipment to cut or join metal parts.
• Repair and maintain physical structure of facility (interior and exterior).
• Adhere to lockout tagout procedure and preforms all work safely.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Additional duties as assigned by management.
