Job summary

Valid8 Financial, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance technician to support our manufacturing plant in Little Rock, AR. You will perform preventative, predictive, and routine maintenance on production equipment to ensure maximum efficiency and reliability.

You will troubleshoot issues, repair failures of production and facilities equipment, and participate in safety programs. A high school diploma or 2-year technical degree is preferred, with 2+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience.

Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent; 2-year technical degree preferred.
Electrical wiring capabilities to manage problems with the plant’s machinery.
2+ years' maintenance experience in a manufacturing capacity.
Demonstrable computer abilities, Windows (Word and Excel), Internet and email.
Demonstrable Advanced Analytical/Troubleshooting Skills including PLC, Electrical, Mechanical and related systems.

Responsibilities

Setup, install, adjust, and maintain production equipment including conveyors, automation, pneumatics, hydraulics, pumps, encoders, variable frequency drives.
Perform routine, predictive, and preventative maintenance on equipment.
Troubleshoot failures and repair production and facilities equipment.
Monitor operation via gauges and indicators for maximum efficiency.
Control operation of equipment or systems; perform high/low voltage electrical troubleshooting.
Participate in plant safety, health, and environmental programs.
