Job summary

Arcwood Environmental is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment at our Benton, AR site. This role emphasizes safety, preventive maintenance, and timely repairs to minimize downtime.

The position requires at least 1+ year of industrial maintenance experience (hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical) or completion of a craft apprenticeship, plus a HS diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of industrial maintenance (hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical) experience or completion of craft apprenticeship.
• Preferred fabrication and welding experience.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment.
• Prioritize health and safety in daily tasks.
• Perform preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
• Read and interpret equipment manuals and drawings.
• Diagnose issues and replace parts as needed.
• Provide emergency repairs when required.
• Maintain flexibility for overtime and additional duties.
