Job summary

TPI Composites in Newton, MA is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support our wind turbine blade production by maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and improving production equipment and facility systems. This hands-on role is essential to minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will work with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems; perform preventive maintenance; read schematics; and document work orders

Qualifications

• Two+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing or production.
• HS diploma; technical training or 2-year degree preferred.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read schematics and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and facilities.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and manuals.
• Assist with installations, upgrades, and continuous improvement projects.
• Maintain maintenance records and respond quickly to breakdowns.
