Job summary

Fireclay Tile is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our industrial equipment running smoothly, including conveyors, presses, kilns, and automated systems. This onsite role in Aromas, CA reports to the Plant Manager and offers a swing shift (2pm-10:30pm) with a 6% shift differential and hourly pay between $25 and $27, based on experience.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, repair work, and ensuring safety procedures are followed.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial equipment maintenance and repair.
• Proficient in MIG welding; TIG welding is a plus.
• Experience in facilities maintenance is a plus.
• Strong commitment to safety and meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Clean and repair building fixtures and systems to ensure operations.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment.
• Repair and maintain building and machinery, including electrical and plumbing tasks.
• Diagnose problems by observing equipment operation and trouble-shooting.
