Quality Talent Group seeks an entry-level Maintenance Technician in Colorado to support mining and processing equipment. You will perform preventative maintenance, assist with repairs, and help keep plants running safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities include documenting work, maintaining parts inventory, and following PPE and safety policies. Prior mechanical experience is helpful, with basic welding and fabrication skills preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in mechanical repair, installation, or industrial environments.
• Basic mechanical skills including welding (stick/arc), light fabrication, cutting torch, and hand tools.
• Basic computer skills.
• Preferred: Experience operating skid-steer, man-lift, or similar equipment.
• Ability to follow PPE requirements, including respirator use.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance per manufacturer and company guidelines.
• Inspect, repair, and adjust plant and conveying equipment.
• Maintain inventory of commonly used replacement parts.
• Execute emergency repairs to address equipment breakdowns.
• Report issues and repair needs to the supervisor.
• Follow all safety, environmental, and company policies.
• Complete required reports and documentation on time.
