Quality Talent Group is seeking an Entry Level Maintenance Technician in Colorado. The role focuses on maintaining mining and processing equipment, performing preventative maintenance, and addressing equipment breakdowns to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in mechanical repair, installation, or industrial environments is preferred.
• Basic welding (stick/arc) and light fabrication skills are expected.
• Basic computer skills are required; familiarity with plant equipment is a plus.
• Preferred: Experience operating skid-steer, man-lift, or similar equipment.
• Must be able to follow PPE requirements including respirator use.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance per manufacturer and company guidelines.
• Inspect, repair, and adjust plant and conveying equipment.
• Maintain inventory of commonly used replacement parts.
• Execute emergency repairs to address equipment breakdowns.
• Report issues and repair needs to the supervisor.
• Follow all safety, environmental, and company policies.
• Complete required reports and documentation on time.
