The role involves general cleanup and basic repairs, with tasks expanding to routine maintenance and equipment lubrication. The candidate must work safely around heavy machinery and outdoor environments.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plant equipment.
• Ability to understand technical instructions, maintenance procedures, and safety practices.
• Physical ability to perform tasks including lifting, climbing, and working around heavy machinery.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the operation of stone processing plants.
• Check conveyors, screens, and crushers; report operating problems and oversize stone.
• Start and shut down plant equipment as necessary and perform general cleanup around the plant.
• Make minor repairs and adjustments; inspect and grease/lubricate plant equipment.
• Operate the plant proficiently and perform other duties as requested.
