Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America seeks a maintenance technician to service crushers, conveyors, screens, and related equipment at our plant facilities. You will diagnose mechanical issues, perform repairs, and conduct preventive maintenance to keep production running smoothly.

The role requires reading manuals and diagrams, some welding or fabrication work, and the ability to work independently while coordinating with teams to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to diagnose and repair industrial equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals, diagrams and maintenance docs.
• Knowledge of maintenance tools, welding, cutting and fabrication techniques.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on crushers, conveyors, screens, and other aggregate processing equipment.
• Inspect and troubleshoot mechanical issues to maximize uptime and plant performance.
• Complete preventive maintenance tasks to improve reliability and reduce downtime.
• Support safe and efficient quarry and plant operations through timely equipment maintenance.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and follow safety procedures.
