Job summary

Mission Linen Supply is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to repair, maintain, install and troubleshoot industrial equipment such as washers, dryers, steam tunnels, conveyors, and boilers. The role involves preventive maintenance, boiler operation, and safe handling of varied mechanical and electrical systems.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of maintenance experience and is willing to learn steam boiler, electrical, pneumatic, schematics, maintenance, welding, and plumbing

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Minimum of 2 years of maintenance engineering experience.
• Experience with machinery, electricity, electronics, plumbing, welding, and boiler applications.
• Training provided for Steam Boiler, Electrical, Pneumatic, Schematics, Maintenance, Welding, and Plumbing.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on plant equipment to keep machines running smoothly.
• Start up in the morning and shut down in the evening for equipment like boiler, air compressor, pumps, and valves.
• Maintain lint traps, oil levels, grease fittings, and water levels.
• Complete general and basic repairs on machinery.
• Follow manufacturer maintenance schedules and document processes.
• Identify and report major repairs needed on machinery.
