Job summary

Mission Linen Supply is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to repair, maintain, install and troubleshoot industrial equipment including washers, dryers, steam tunnels, conveyors, and boilers. The role includes preventive maintenance, safety improvements, and maintaining maintenance records in an in-plant setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of maintenance engineering experience with machinery, electricity, electronics, plumbing, welding, and boiler applications.
• Experience with mechanical troubleshooting, hydraulics, pneumatics, and reading repair manuals and schematics.
• Company offers training in Steam Boiler, Electrical, Pneumatic, Schematics, Maintenance, Welding, and Plumbing.

Responsibilities

• Routine preventive maintenance on the property to ensure plant machines run smoothly.
• Morning start-up and evening shutdown of equipment, including boiler, air compressor, pumps, valves.
• Regular maintenance of lint traps, shaker screen barrels, oil levels, grease fittings, and water levels.
• Complete general and basic repairs on machinery.
• Follow manufacturer's maintenance schedule and document the process.
• Identify and report major repairs needed on machinery.
