Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated mechanical aptitude through hands-on work or training.
• Ability to use common hand and power tools safely.
• Follow written and verbal instructions and safety procedures.
• Basic computer skills; willingness to use CMMS (MaintainX or similar).
• Commitment to teamwork, organization and safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance, inspections and basic repairs on equipment.
• Assist with troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, plumbing, and control-system issues.
• Support production equipment such as conveyors, motors, pumps, and related systems.
• Respond to equipment issues promptly and communicate with operators and supervisors.
• Document work and parts usage in the CMMS; maintain clean, safe work areas.
