Job summary

Clean Harbors Aragonite seeks a hands-on Industrial Maintenance Technician to ensure reliable operation of high-temperature incineration equipment and ancillary plant assets. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on conveyors, kilns, boilers, compressors, hydraulics, and electrical systems while maintaining rigorous safety standards.

The role requires welding ability, cutting rig operation, and comfort with electrical tasks.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Proven industrial maintenance experience, including work on compressors, conveyors, and other processing equipment.
Ability to weld/use a cutting rig; comfortable with basic electrical tasks.
Computer literacy and familiarity with modern industrial technologies or electronics.
Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

Perform industrial maintenance across plant systems: conveyors, compressors, hydraulics, kilns, boilers, and electrical equipment.
Disassemble and reassemble machinery to inspect, repair, and return assets to service.
Fabricate and fit metal parts; replace gaskets and components to spec.
Troubleshoot root causes and replace defective parts to restore reliability.
Test and monitor equipment performance after repair to verify proper operation.
