Qualifications

• Must have own hand tools.
• Experience with mechanical systems and repairs on production equipment.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and apply knowledge to repairs.
• Experience troubleshooting mechanical breakdowns and identifying root causes.
• Familiarity with preventative maintenance and scheduled service.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment
• Repair production equipment as needed
• Diagnose and repair equipment malfunctions
• Upgrade production lines with new equipment/technology
• Coordinate with outside contractors on line work
• Manage line changes for packaging changeovers
• Ensure GMP, safety and audit compliance
• Document work schedules and tasks completed
