Job summary

Advanced Technology Services is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Napa Valley region with relocation assistance. The role focuses on mid to expert level break-fix and preventative maintenance across electrical, mechanical, and control systems in a factory environment.

You will identify parts, perform repairs, and assist others while adhering to 5S standards and safety policies. Relocation support is offered, and a strong emphasis on training and development is included.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent (GED).
• Associate degree with a Technical focus and 3 years of related experience in general industry; or 5 years of related experience in general industry or successful completion of the ATS Technician Progression Program.
• Understands electrical, mechanical, fluid power and control systems and can analyze problems and perform repairs.
• Must be able to use basic hand tools and specialized tools as appropriate.
• May be required to travel.

Responsibilities

• Performs mid to expert level break-fix & preventative maintenance; observes operation to locate root cause of problems.
• Identifies and sources parts, supplies and repair items as necessary.
• Independently performs maintenance per industry standards.
• May setup and operate machining tools (lathe, drill press, grinder) and may perform welding tasks.
• Complies with 5S and housekeeping standards; drives CI activities and cost savings.
• Updates CMMS history and troubleshoots control systems to resolve software/hardware issues.
