Accentuate Staffing is assisting a leading print manufacturing company in Morrisville, NC, in hiring a Maintenance Technician. This direct hire opportunity offers excellent benefits. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in maintenance within a manufacturing environment and a strong background in troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

The role entails troubleshooting and maintaining automated production equipment, performing preventative maintenance to minimize downtime, and conducting root cause analysis to implement long-term solutions. Strong technical training in Industrial Maintenance or related fields is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or automated production environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing and automated production equipment.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement long-term corrective actions.
