Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure, a CRH company, is seeking a maintenance mechanic to operate in an industrial manufacturing environment in Greensboro, NC. The role emphasizes ensuring all equipment runs safely and efficiently by performing preventative maintenance, following diagrams, and reviewing operation manuals.

The successful candidate will troubleshoot malfunctions, install fixtures, and perform preventive maintenance while maintaining tools and spaces.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of industrial maintenance experience preferred.
• Mechanical skills and knowledge of electrical systems.
• Welding skills preferred; forklift training provided by the company.

Responsibilities

• Maintains safe working condition of facility equipment, building and grounds.
• Constructs fixtures as required.
• Performs preventative maintenance and inspections on equipment.
• Repairs facility equipment, fixtures, building and grounds.
• Removes/installs fixtures and equipment for safe operation.
• Troubleshoots systems to identify failures and recommends repairs.
• Maintains cleanliness and readiness of maintenance tools and fixtures.
• Other duties assigned as needed.
