Job summary

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain safety and functionality of machines, equipment, and facilities to ensure efficient production of our concrete and polymer products.

The role emphasizes troubleshooting, component replacement, welding, and performing scheduled maintenance to prevent downtime.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience with electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical systems.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and follow safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Removes and installs electric, hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical machine components to ensure the safe and efficient operation of production equipment.
• Troubleshoots electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and mechanical systems to determine causes of machine or equipment failure and recommends solutions for repair.
• Removes and installs machine components to ensure the safe and efficient operation of production equipment.
• Troubleshoots all systems to determine causes of machine or equipment failure and recommends solutions for repair.
• Designs, fabricates, and welds machine components or fixtures to ensure proper functionality of facility equipment.
• Records the details of machine malfunctions and the appropriate adjustments as required.
• Performs preventative maintenance and inspections on facility equipment as scheduled.
