Job summary

Expedite Talent Solutions seeks a Maintenance Technician - PM for a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Concord, NC. You will perform preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment, diagnose issues, and follow procedures under supervision.

Team includes Maintenance Mechanics, HVAC Techs, Plumbers, and Electricians. A High School Diploma or GED is required, with 5+ years of Commercial/Industrial experience, and proficiency in CMMS and Microsoft Office; physical work includes

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED or trade school diploma with 1–2 years related experience or combination.
Commercial/Industrial experience (5+ years).
Proficiency with CMMS, Email and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Strong organizational skills and inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
Inspect and diagnose potential problems; perform repairs as needed.
Assist with installation and modification of building equipment.
Review work orders and track completion with maintenance systems.
Support energy management and ensure efficient operation of building systems.
Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
Follow defined procedures to complete tasks under supervision.
