Job summary

ManpowerGroup in Sheboygan, WI is seeking Industrial Maintenance Technicians to support our manufacturing operations. This role emphasizes troubleshooting, preventive and predictive maintenance, and hands-on electrical/mechanical repair to keep equipment running reliably.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of industrial maintenance experience or an associate degree in relevant field, with the ability to read schematics.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting or an Associate’s degree in electrical/mechanical/electromechanical field.
• Experience troubleshooting bearings, chains, sprockets, gearboxes, and conveyors.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
• Willingness to work any shift, including overtime and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, install, align, dismantle, repair and maintain industrial machinery to improve reliability and uptime.
• Perform predictive and precision maintenance to identify and correct defects before machines fail.
• Maintain operations equipment to meet performance targets and customer demands.
• Partner with operations to identify, communicate, and prioritize maintenance needs.
• Follow safety and environmental guidelines and contribute to the safety program.
