Manpower, Inc. in Sheboygan, WI is seeking Maintenance Technicians to support industrial manufacturing operations on 1st and 2nd shifts.

You will troubleshoot, install, align, dismantle, repair and maintain machinery to improve reliability and uptime. Ideal candidates have 1 year+ industrial maintenance experience or an associate's degree in electrical, mechanical, or electromechanical fields, and skills in hydraulics and pneumatics with the ability to read drawings.

Qualifications

• 1 year or more of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Associate’s degree in electrical, mechanical, or electromechanical field.
• Experience troubleshooting bearings, chains, sprockets, gearboxes, and conveyors.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, install, align, dismantle, repair, and maintain industrial machinery and mechanical equipment to improve reliability and uptime.
• Perform predictive precision maintenance to identify and correct mechanical and electrical defects before machines fail.
• Maintain operations equipment to achieve optimal performance levels and meet customer demands.
• Partner with operations associates to identify, communicate, and prioritize maintenance needs.
• Follow all plant safety and environmental guidelines, actively participate in the safety program, and help meet production, waste, and quality goals.

We are looking for Industrial Manufacturing Maintenance Technicians to work with a leader in the Industry in Sheboygan, WI.As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance team supporting the general industrial and equipment manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, hands-on electrical and mechanical maintenance experience, hydraulics and pneumatics experience, be able to perform predictive and precision maintenance to keep equipment running reliably.

Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Pay Range: $64480 - $89440

Shift: Both 1st and 2nd shifts are available
5:45 AM- 6:00 PM OR 5:45 PM - 6:00 AM (No Rotating Shifts
2-2-3 schedule (2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off, etc.)

• Experience troubleshooting issues with bearings, chains, sprockets, gearboxes, and conveyors.
• Experience troubleshooting and repairing hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Ability to read technical drawings and schematics.
• Willingness and ability to work any shift, holidays, weekends, and overtime as needed.
