Job summary

ATS in East Peoria, IL seeks skilled maintenance technicians to perform mid to expert level break-fix and preventive maintenance on industrial equipment. You will diagnose issues, dismantle devices, replace parts, test performance, and support machine tools, with emphasis on safety and quality.

This role requires a technical associate degree or equivalent, 3–5 years in industry, and knowledge of electrical, mechanical, fluid power, and control systems; travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; Associate degree with a technical focus preferred.
• 3–5 years of related industrial maintenance experience.
• Understanding of electrical, mechanical, fluid power and control systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform mid to expert level break-fix and preventive maintenance.
• Identify and source parts, supplies and repair items as necessary.
• Set up and operate machining operations and may perform welding tasks.
• Follow 5S and housekeeping standards.
• Update CMMS records and review history.
• Troubleshoot control systems to resolve software/hardware issues.
