Job summary

Advanced Technology Services (ATS) is seeking an entry- to mid-level maintenance technician to keep factory equipment running smoothly. You will perform break-fix and preventive maintenance, identify needed parts, and support team members on maintenance tasks in a busy manufacturing environment.

The role involves basic electrical and mechanical repairs, use of common hand tools, and occasional machining tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED.
• Associates degree with a Technical focus or 18 months of related experience in general industry or successful completion of the ATS Technician Progression Program.
• Understanding of basic electrical and mechanical systems. Can perform repairs.
• Must be able to use basic hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Performs entry to mid-level break-fix & preventative maintenance, including adjusting parts and repairing or replacing defective components.
• Identifies needed parts, supplies, and repair items.
• Provides support and back up for other department members as needed by leadership.
• Aware of Maintenance Industry Standards and 5S housekeeping.
• Participates in CI activities—processes, results, and cost savings.
• May operate simple machining tools (lathe, drill press, grinder) and perform basic welding.
