Ace Precision Machining in Wisconsin is seeking a skilled Industrial Machine Repair & Preventive Maintenance Technician to keep CNC machines, PLCs, robotics, hydraulics and pneumatics running at peak performance. You will troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on shop equipment, interpret manuals and drawings, and support facility systems to minimize downtime.

Qualifications

• Two-year technical degree with five years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience diagnosing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to interpret manuals, drawings and specifications to guide repair procedures.
• Strong safety mindset and commitment to quality workmanship.

Responsabilités

• Perform general and preventive maintenance on shop equipment including troubleshooting and repairs.
• Interpret manuals, drawings, and specifications to solve problems and guide repairs.
• Disassemble, repair, replace parts, and reassemble equipment; basic fabrication and assembly.
• Maintain facility systems (heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, electrical).
• Handle wiring, piping, and basic electrical repairs to keep operations running smoothly.
• Support equipment relocation, installation, and requisitioning of parts or supplies.
• Safely manage hazardous materials and follow lockout/tagout procedures.
