Zusammenfassung

DFA Milk is seeking a maintenance technician to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production, packaging, and utility systems at our Fallon, NV facility. You will read schematics, troubleshoot electrical/mechanical issues, and support installation of new equipment.

Responsibilities include documenting repairs, maintaining safety standards, and assisting in process improvements to minimize downtime.

Qualifikationen

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent; trade/technical schooling preferred in electrical/mechanical fields.
• 2–4 years in maintenance, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, or HVAC in manufacturing.
• Experience with electrical schematics, service manuals, and work orders.
• Knowledge of ammonia refrigeration systems preferred.
• Certification/licensing may be required during employment.

Aufgaben

• Perform maintenance/repairs on production, processing, and packaging equipment and utilities.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and routine equipment inspections.
• Read and interpret technical procedures, schematics, and work orders.
• Assist in installing new equipment and training operators.
• Document all repairs and update SOPs.
