Job summary

Stem DTS is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician in Salisbury, NC to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a wide range of industrial equipment and facility systems. The ideal candidate has a strong electro-mechanical background and PLC experience, with hands-on work on pumps and valves in a manufacturing setting.

You will diagnose issues, perform preventative maintenance, and participate in improvement initiatives to maximize uptime.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Industrial Maintenance Technician or Millwright experience.
• PLC experience with troubleshooting and programming basics.
• Experience working with pumps and valves in industrial settings.
• Strong electro-mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Onsite work Monday–Friday 7 am–3 pm in Salisbury, NC; overtime may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial manufacturing equipment and plant systems.
• Diagnose failures using established methodologies and implement fixes.
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on production equipment.
• Install, align, and maintain pumps, valves, and related equipment.
