Job summary

Nor-Am Cold Storage is seeking a maintenance technician to support production lines in our Wisconsin facility. Starting pay ranges from $22.00 to $25.00 per hour based on experience, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00am to 3:30pm.

The role involves regularly PM, repairing and adjusting conveyors, case erectors, sealers, scales, motors, gearboxes, and light electrical; PLC experience is highly preferred. At least 3 years of hands-on manufacturing experience is expected.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Professional Certifications preferred but not required.
• Experience with PLC highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Regularly PM, repair and make adjustments to production line equipment such as conveyors, case erectors, sealers and scales.
• Maintain, repair and replace motors and gearboxes.
• General building maintenance including light electrical.
• Occasional repairs on material handling equipment.
• Working with production leaders to improve efficiency of equipment and lines.
