Job summary
Kymera International in Durham, North Carolina is seeking a Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues on manufacturing and facilities equipment. The role includes PM and PdM maintenance, leading other technicians and contractors, and training operators to develop an Autonomous Maintenance program.

Qualifications
- Experience in preventive and predictive maintenance in a manufacturing setting.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and prints.
- Strong safety mindset and adherence to procedures.
- Demonstrated troubleshooting across mechanical and electrical systems.
- Experience leading technicians and contractors on maintenance activities.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair production equipment and control systems.
- Lead technicians and contractors on machine setup and repairs.
- Train operators in autonomous maintenance practices.
- Implement continuous improvement actions in the facility.
- Maintain housekeeping and 5S standards.
