Job summary

Mauser Packaging Solutions is hiring a Maintenance Technician to perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance across blow molding operations. The role requires troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems and ensuring safety compliance in a fast-paced plastics environment.

Candidates should have 2–5 years in industrial maintenance, be able to read blueprints, and handle PLC-related tasks; experience with Allen-Bradley or Siemens PLCs is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; technical or trade certification in maintenance is preferred.
• 2–5 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting desired.
• Experience with extrusion blow molding equipment is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
• Diagnose malfunctions using manuals, schematics, PLC software, and diagnostic tools.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and vacuum systems.
• Repair and maintain blow molding machines and auxiliary equipment.
• Install, align, adjust, and calibrate equipment; perform emergency repairs as needed.
• Follow electrical safety standards and participate in safety programs.
