Job summary

Mauser Packaging Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance across our New IBC Blow Molding and Reconditioning operations. You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated systems, read schematics, and ensure safe operation following NFPA 70E and OSHA guidelines in a fast-paced plastics environment.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Technical, vocational, or trade training in Industrial Maintenance preferred.
2–5 years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
Experience with extrusion blow molding equipment desirable.
Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
Diagnose malfunctions using manuals, schematics, PLC software, and testing instruments.
Repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and vacuum systems.
Install, align, calibrate, and repair equipment; perform emergency repairs.
Maintain equipment documentation in CMMS and logs.
Adhere to Lockout/Tagout, OSHA, NFPA 70E safety standards.
