Job summary

Nutrien Ag Solutions, the retail division of Nutrien, is seeking a maintenance-driven professional to install, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment in a Cutler, CA facility.

The role emphasizes mechanical and electrical maintenance, with experience in PLC-controlled automated systems and welding. A high school diploma or GED is required, and an associate degree in a related field is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance a plus.
• 2+ years in operating processing plant environments (food, chemical, pharma) or equivalent.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Experience/training in repairing chemical processing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain production machines and plant equipment.
• Repair or troubleshoot pumping systems, compressors, generators, reactors, heat exchangers, filters, and agitators.
