Job summary
Top Echelon Software, LLC in Smyrna, TN is seeking Maintenance Technicians to support an advanced manufacturing facility across multiple shifts. The role focuses on keeping automated equipment running through troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and timely repairs.
You will work with PLC/electrical systems, read schematics, and log activities in a CMMS. Candidates should have industrial maintenance experience and be able to cover night or weekend shifts; safety and teamwork are emphasized.
Qualifications
- Industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong PLC and/or electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Ability to read schematics.
- Experience using CMMS or computerized work order systems.
- Ability to work night shift or weekend shift.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment.
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and controls issues.
- Complete work orders and maintenance documentation using CMMS.
- Follow safety procedures and support a safe, team oriented work environment.
