Job summary

Professional Recruiting Consultants, Inc. is hiring Maintenance Technicians for an advanced manufacturing facility in Smyrna, TN.

Openings exist across multiple shifts to support automated manufacturing equipment and plant operations. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment, perform preventive maintenance, diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and control issues, and complete work orders in CMMS systems.

Qualifications

Industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong PLC and/or electrical troubleshooting skills.
Experience with preventive and corrective maintenance.
Ability to read schematics.
Experience using CMMS or computerized work order systems.
Ability to work night shift or weekend shift.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment.
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and controls issues.
Complete work orders and maintenance documentation using CMMS systems.
Follow all safety procedures and support a safe, team oriented work environment.
