Job summary

Morgan Truck Body in Morgantown, PA is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the 1st shift. You will troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues across production lines and facility systems, utilizing PLC knowledge and safe work practices to keep equipment running reliably.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of manufacturing maintenance experience, a High School Diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license. Benefits include full medical, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing maintenance environment.
• Must hold a current and valid state-issued driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Tackle electrical and mechanical challenges across production equipment and facility systems.
• Read and follow work orders, instructions, measurements, and quality requirements.
• Safely operate forklifts, scissor lifts, and other industrial equipment as needed.
• Perform preventive maintenance and urgent repairs with a proactive approach.
