Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing maintenance department.
• Must hold a current and valid state-issued driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED required; an Associate Degree is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Safety First: Strong commitment to safe work practices, company policies, and OSHA/NEC requirements.
• Tools & Troubleshooting: Use hand and power tools, precision measuring devices, and electrical testing equipment to troubleshoot and complete repairs.
• Electrical & PLC Skills: Working knowledge of AC/DC electrical circuits with basic PLC troubleshooting capabilities.
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, scissor lifts, basket trucks, overhead cranes, and other industrial equipment.
• Working at Heights: Ability to work from ladders, platforms, and scaffolding with fall protection.
• Technical & Quality Focus: Read and follow work orders, measurements, and quality requirements.
• Environmental Compliance: Safely handle hazardous materials and waste per regulations.
• Teamwork & Initiative: Self-motivated, dependable, able to work independently or in a team.
• Schedule & Physical Requirements: Overtime, weekends, holidays; lift up to 35 lbs; manual tasks.
