Zusammenfassung

Saint-Gobain is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician at our Louisville manufacturing site to keep complex production equipment operating safely and reliably. You will troubleshoot, repair, and prevent downtime by addressing mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and process-system issues, while documenting repairs and maintaining records.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Three to five years of manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Industrial electrical and mechanical maintenance experience.
• Experience troubleshooting programmable logic controller-controlled equipment.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and troubleshoot industrial electrical systems.
• Ability to safely use measuring instruments, hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment.
• Reliable attendance and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Aufgaben

• Maintain and repair production equipment and supporting facility systems.
• Complete preventive maintenance and respond to unexpected equipment failures.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and process-system problems.
• Diagnose faults using electrical schematics, measuring instruments, and hands-on inspection.
• Work with power distribution, motor controls, industrial wiring, networking equipment, and programmable logic controllers.
• Repair, rebuild, modify, and improve production equipment.
• Fabricate and repair components using machining, drilling, welding, hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment.
• Document completed repairs and maintain accurate equipment, parts, and material records.
• Follow established safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment.
• Communicate clearly with production teams, management, and other maintenance employees.
