Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to help keep production equipment and facility systems running safely and efficiently. You will troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance in collaboration with maintenance and production teams.

You should have hands-on maintenance experience in manufacturing, be proficient with electrical, PLC, and control systems, and possess strong problem-solving and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Hands-on maintenance technician experience in related skilled trades.
• Experience troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Working knowledge of PLC-controlled equipment and industrial controls.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical docs.
• Familiarity with CMMS and basic office software.
• Good communication, organization, and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, adjust and maintain production equipment and facility systems.
• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, automation, and control systems.
• Read schematics, blueprints, and manuals to diagnose problems.
• Support PLC-controlled equipment and automation systems.
• Maintain and source parts, tools, and records; keep work orders up to date.
• Collaborate with Maintenance and Production teams to improve reliability and plant performance.
