Qualifications

• Associate degree or apprenticeship and 10+ years in industrial maintenance.
• Certification in Allen-Bradley PLC/HMI and AC/DC drive training.
• Ability to read mechanical/electrical drawings and interpret schematics.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
• Design/modify machine controls circuits and support PLC/HMI hardware.
• Update documentation and perform basic fabrication as needed.
• Support 5S program and lead maintenance activities in the absence of the manager.
