Job summary

Torrey Holistics in the St. Louis area is seeking an Electromechanical Maintenance Specialist to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on a variety of industrial equipment.

You will diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues, plan preventive rounds, and work with production teams to keep lines running smoothly and safely. The role requires hands-on maintenance experience, the ability to read blueprints and schematics, and a proactive mindset for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience as an industrial maintenance technician or closely related role.
• Solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems and components.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.

Responsibilities

• Execute routine and corrective maintenance on a range of industrial machinery and support equipment.
• Rapidly troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues to reduce unplanned downtime.
• Perform inspections and preventive maintenance to keep assets operating at peak performance.
• Work alongside production teams to resolve equipment challenges and optimize run conditions.
• Document maintenance actions, findings, and parts usage with precise, up-to-date records.
• Assist with installing, commissioning, and validating new machines and systems.
• Adhere to safety procedures, lockout/tagout, and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Contribute ideas to continuous improvement initiatives that boost reliability and efficiency.
