Job summary

Lundberg Family Farms is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our Resource Recovery Center, feed shed, and facilities running smoothly. This role supports sanitation and maintenance across operations and involves hands-on work outdoors in a production environment.

You will operate yard equipment, assist with material handling, and coordinate with other departments. Occasional travel to Live Oak is required; strong communication and basic math/data entry skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a production or industrial environment.
• Must maintain eligibility to drive on behalf of the company.
• Comfortable work from heights and in confined spaces.
• Ability to operate forklifts, scissor lifts and boom lifts.
• Proficient in basic math, English reading comprehension and data entry using computers.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Perform external sanitation and grounds maintenance per the Master Sanitation Schedule.
• Operate and maintain equipment such as yard sweepers, pressure washers, and lifts.
• Load feed trucks and assist with material handling in the Resource Recovery area.
• Support minor facility repairs and upkeep of meeting/workspaces using basic mechanical tools.
• Coordinate with other departments and vendors to complete tasks effectively.
