Workstream in Wadsworth, OH is actively seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to support production through troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance in a fast-paced industrial setting.

The role involves maintaining hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems up to 480V, reading manuals and blueprints, and ensuring adherence to safety procedures while you contribute to continuous improvements on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Proven troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve equipment issues.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Physically capable of climbing ladders, heights, and confined spaces with safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on industrial equipment.
• Maintain hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems (up to 480V).
• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance checks.
• Read and interpret manuals, diagrams, and work instructions.

We’re seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to support production operations through trouble shooting, repair, and preventative maintenance. This is a hands‑on role in a fast‑paced industrial environment.

Schedule:

• 2nd Shift: 2 pm-10 pm (Monday-Friday)
• 3rd Shift: 10 pm-6 am (Sunday-Thursday Night)

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; vocational or technical training in maintenance, electrical, or related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience industrial maintenance experience
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals accurately
• Proven troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve equipment issues efficiently
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision in a fast‑paced setting
• Physically cable of climbing ladders, working at heights, and operating in confined spaces while following safety procedures
