Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience operating plastic and extrusion lines.
• Experience with line startup, troubleshooting, and process optimization.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Start up, operate, and troubleshoot extrusion production equipment.
• Monitor and maintain extruder hot runner systems, chillers, thermolators, and automated packaging equipment.
• Identify and resolve potential production issues proactively.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Troubleshoot mechanical components of plastic extrusion lines.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve processes and efficiency.
